My training and certifications: I’m trained and certified in power vinyasa, hatha, yin, and chair yoga with 19 years of yoga teaching experience. Whatever style of yoga I’m teaching, I aim to foster a supportive environment where every student feels empowered to explore their yoga journey authentically. I believe in lifelong learning and am continuously learning and growing as both a student and teacher.
My Yoga Story: In 2003, I attended my first yoga class in Denver, CO. It was unlike anything I had experienced before, and exactly what I needed in my life to help me live with more mental clarity, inner strength, and presence. Two years after my first class I became a yoga teacher and have been sharing the amazing benefits of yoga ever since.

For fun: I love being outside, hiking, exploring, and traveling with my husband and son. When I’m not outside I enjoy being in the kitchen or gathering around a table, cooking and connecting with friends and family. My downtime includes listening to audio books, watching movies, and of course, practicing all kinds of yoga.
