My yoga story: I found yoga around 2010 as I was seeking a way to manage stress, calm my mind, and get a little more movement. I felt an immediate connection and spent the next few years fitting in classes any time I could. In 2015, I joined a studio challenge to attend 6 days a week for 6 weeks and I was transformed – yoga helped me find control of my thoughts, gave me tools to find patience on and off the mat, and made me stronger in every way. When I travel, love to explore other yoga studios to experience new teaching styles and to continue to be inspired.

For fun: l love to sing along to music even when I don’t know the words, I daydream about places to live that never get cold, and am always making plans for weekend brunch.
