Wheel pose, aka Urdhva Dhanurasana or Upward-Facing Bow, benefits our body, mind, energetic systems, and emotions in unique ways. By encapsulating the essence of backbending, the pose propels us toward the ultimate embodiment of yoga: fearlessness and joy. This one hour workshop includes targeted warm up, demonstration, step by step instruction, hands on assistance and yoga playtime with individualized feedback.
