Eight-Angle pose, or Astavakrasana, is a challenging arm balance that strengthens the wrists, arms and shoulders, tones the abdominals and inner thighs, and improves balance. This one hour workshop includes targeted warm up, demonstration, step by step instruction, hands on assistance and yoga playtime with individualized feedback.
