Stacey is a fully certified CoreBarre instructor and Owner of Barre Pose Studio in West Akron. Stacey discovered Barre years ago at a fitness conference and loved that a low impact workout could bring such high impact body-changing results. Stacey holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Miami University and a Masters degree in Cardiovascular Physiology from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she was a Graduate Assistant for the University Wellness and Recreation Center.
