Join us from home! Put 2020 to rest and join Tiffany for an evening of candlelight yin yoga & Intention Setting. Yin yoga is a passive, slow paced style of yoga designed to target the connective tissue in the body. Poses are held for prolonged periods of time (typically 3-10 minutes) to calm the nervous system, improve range of motion and flexibility, and cultivate a meditative state in both body and mind.
During this online workshop we will use the meditative practice of Yin yoga, guided meditation, and journaling to consciously shift us fully into 2021 and help us reaffirm our intentions for the new year. You will leave this workshop with insight on how to make positive, lasting changes, and how slowing down can bring your intention to life. Please bring a journal, pen, and at least 2 blocks.
