THRIVE 21 is designed to supplement your existing yoga practice and turn your spark into a sparkle. We encourage you to continue or recommit to your asana on-the-mat practice during this time. We recommend 3 classes per week to get the most out of the program. Weekly group meetings are timed perfectly to stick around for Restorative.
