Yoga for Golfers

Yoga can help improve performance, enhance mobility, prevent injury, and elevate your mental game. In this workshop, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of what’s required of your body through each stage of the body-swing connection. Use this deeper understanding to find alignment and symmetry to increase the power and efficiency of your golf swing. Learn skills and drills to correct the imbalances that the one-sided golf swing can present and aid in the prevention of lower back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and knee injuries that are common in golfers.

No yoga knowledge or experience necessary. Bring a mat if you have one.
