Through movement, breath, and sound we will explore awareness, expression, and connection in a safe space all rooted in Paul Denniston’s Cycle of Compassionate Transformation.
Each class will include:
Grief education
Grief movement/yoga
Breathwork
Meditation
Reflection through journaling (sharing optional)
This is an invitation to be, move, and adapt to the unwanted changes loss caused in your life. Join Certified Grief Educator, Grief Movement Guide, Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher, Jenny Kane as she guides and empowers you to find your own truth, pace, and expression to create a new pathway forward in your life after loss. Jenny feels called to offer light, hope, and understanding to those suffering in the agony of grief. She experiences grief as love and believes in the power of feeling and healing.

Sunday, May 14th - (Optional) Mother’s Day Yoga for Grief (this is a larger class open to all students, but included if you’d like to attend.)

In order to provide a holistic education and experience as well as to foster a comfortable and open group dynamic, registration is available for the entire series and not for individual sessions. Participants will receive a synopsis of any missed session(s).
