Harness the full potential of your breath to enhance mental well-being. The techniques explored in this workshop are designed to sharpen concentration and support emotional resilience, helping you stay grounded and centered amidst life’s demands. These practices calm the nervous system and help navigate daily challenges with greater ease and resilience.
We will focus primarily on breathwork, but includes some gentle movement and meditation.
The evening will conclude with guided relaxation to help you integrate the benefits of the practice and leave you with a sense of tranquility.

Michelle Barnette, E-RYT 500 has been teaching yoga since 2009. She has spent over 10,000 hours teaching in the midwest which includes over 5,000 classes and 15 yoga teacher trainings, most of which were at Yoga Lounge & Barre. She received her personal training certification through NASM, but attributes the majority of her knowledge of anatomy and energetics to her long-term and continual study with Bill and Margot Milcetich of Kent, Ohio as well as a five-year mentorship with Dr. Nikolai Alenov, D.C. She currently resides in Bloomington, Indiana where she teaches at Vibe Yoga.
