Stuck in a rut? Looking for a new perspective? Need help making a tough decision? An inversion practice can help you sidestep fear and approach obstacles in a new way.

Inversions are also an antidote to the compressing effects of gravity and help build strength in the spine and upper body.

This workshop will teach students the basics of traditional headstand, tripod headstand, handstand and forearm stand, for the beginner or advanced yogi.
