Mother's Day Yoga for Grief

This grief-specific class is intended for anyone who struggles on this holiday including those living with mother loss, child loss, miscarriage, infertility, abandonment, or disconnection. We invite you to practice in a safe space that acknowledges & honors your grief & experience. The class will combine gentle poses, restorative poses & breathwork intended to provide nourishment & comfort.

Jenny Kane is a Certified Grief Educator & RYT-200 Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Grief Movement, Trauma-Informed Yoga & Yoga Nidra. She seeks to share her experiences living as a widow & motherless daughter to offer hope & healing practices to fellow grievers.

Any class pass or unlimited membership may be used to attend.
